These Terms govern your use of this website and your booking and stay at Zest Stays 1059, a managed boys PG and hostel in Santacruz East, Mumbai, operated by Zest Stays. By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

Zest Stays 1059 is accommodation for men / boys aged 18 and above. A valid government photo ID is required at check-in. We may decline or end a stay where eligibility or house rules are not met.

Enquiries and bookings

An enquiry made through this website, WhatsApp or by phone is a request and is not a confirmed booking. A bed is confirmed only when we confirm availability in writing and you have paid any applicable token, advance and/or security deposit. All beds are subject to availability.

Pricing and payments

• Rates are quoted per bed: ₹15,000 per month all-inclusive (with home-style meals and electricity), ₹10,999 per month room-only (without meals), and ₹649 per night for short stays. Weekly rates are available on request.
• Rates may change from time to time, but the rate confirmed at the time of your booking applies for your agreed term. Applicable taxes are extra where relevant.
• Monthly rent is payable in advance. A refundable security deposit applies as set out in our Refund Policy.

House rules

Guests are expected to follow the property's house rules, including those relating to quiet hours, visitors, cleanliness, safety, and respectful conduct. Smoking, alcohol misuse, illegal substances, and any unlawful or unsafe activity are not permitted. Serious or repeated breaches may result in your stay being ended; rent for the unused part of a paid period is non-refundable in such cases, and deposit handling follows the Refund Policy.

Your belongings

A lockable personal locker is provided at each bunk. You are responsible for securing your own belongings. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of or damage to personal property.

Use of this website

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this website belongs to Zest Stays and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

Accommodation and services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for matters outside our reasonable control.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
